Terms Of Service

These terms apply when you use streamui.fun or buy a product from Stream UI .fun. By doing either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

Our products are digital files: chat widgets, goal widgets, stickers, overlays and transition videos. You buy a licence to use them, not ownership of the files. What you can and can't do is set out in the Streamer Licence, which ships with every download as LICENCE.txt.

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout happens on Gumroad, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and any sales tax. When a product shows a launch price, the struck price is its regular price and the launch price ends on the date shown; after that date the regular price applies. One discount code can be used per product.

Your download link arrives by email right after checkout and stays in your Gumroad Library. Updates to a product you own are free and appear in your Library. Details: How delivery works.

If a product doesn't work on your setup, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We'll try to fix it first and, if we can't, refund you in full through Gumroad. Wrong or duplicate purchases can be refunded or swapped within the same window. The full policy is on our refund policy page.

Each product page lists the apps and platforms it works with. Those services are run by other companies and can change without notice; we update our products when we reasonably can. Platform logos on this site show compatibility only.

Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, OBS Studio, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Discord, X and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Stream UI .fun is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or get around how products are delivered. Don't share download links or files with people who haven't bought them.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise try to extract the source code, internal logic, file formats or protocols of any of our products or services, including the files we sell, the Stream UI Fun Studio desktop app, this site and its APIs, except where the law expressly allows it despite this term.

You may not modify, adapt or build on our products to make a derivative product that you sell, license or give away, or sell anything that copies their design, features or code. Editing a product for use on your own channels, as the Streamer Licence allows, is fine.

You may not ask, prompt or direct an AI tool, or anyone else, to recreate, clone or build the same or a substantially similar product, including by giving it our files, code, screenshots or previews. This is in addition to the licence's ban on using our products to train AI models.

The site, its design, copy and our product designs belong to Stream UI .fun or our licensors. Spotted our files somewhere other than streamui.fun or our Gumroad store? Let us know.

Apart from the Stream-Ready Promise, the site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, viewers or data. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases you made before the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: hello@streamui.fun.
